Telemitra (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides business automation and back-office services to companies and their staff. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the services we operate for our clients, including notifications and messaging delivered by our platform.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, become a client, or use our services, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the business information needed to deliver the services you’ve engaged us for.
Information processed on behalf of clients. Our platform processes business records for our clients, such as documents, invoices, correspondence, and scheduling information. That data belongs to the client. We process it only to provide the contracted services.
Website information. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to operate and improve the site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and support the services our clients have engaged us for
- Send service notifications and respond to requests, including by email and text message where you have opted in
- Communicate with you about your account or engagement
- Maintain the security and reliability of our systems
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client business data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Telemitra, we use your phone number solely to send you service notifications and to respond to requests you send us by text.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share information with vendors who help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform provider and phone carriers, solely for the purpose of transmitting those messages.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the address below. Opting out of text messages does not affect the rest of your services.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, lead generation, or third-party analytics purposes. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our platform (such as hosting, messaging delivery, and data storage vendors), who may use it only to provide those services to us
- With the client on whose behalf we process the data, as part of the contracted services
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted credential storage. We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes, and we delete or return client data per the terms of each engagement.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. If you are staff of one of our clients, some requests may be routed through your company, since it controls the underlying business data.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
