Telemitra helps you address low hanging / high priority issues while empowering you or your team to do future tasks independently with ongoing support provided as needed.
Jump Start Engagement
To provide the fastest improvement in core marketing, Telemitra quickly fixes all highest priority issues & low hanging fruit over a period of 30-90 days, before transitioning into a hybrid engagement.
COACHING ENGAGEMENT
Our team will meet with you, your team, or a designated member of your team to walk you through how to do different tasks. The time for this can be as flexible as you need depending on how quickly you work through the lessons and will include time to review the work assigned in previous meetings. This process will move more slowly through your to do list but is more cost effective and results in your team having the most direct experience with the work going forward.

HYBRID ENGAGEMENT
In a hybrid engagement, you will get all of the benefits of the coaching experience but with our team to supplement the work that is needed to get your marketing activities on track. We will still teach your team how to do all of the tasks, but our team will do the majority of the work unless it is an activity that would be managed internally in the future. In this case we would educate, do a portion of the tasks, and then supervise completion while verifying the results.

JUMP START ENGAGEMENT
If you have a high quantity of red flag issues and are looking to resolve them in short order, but still want your team to gain some of the experience you might want to consider a jump start. Our team will do the vast majority of the work and let you team decide which content they want to be involved in and to what degree. This allows for a high speed launch into active marketing activities and new campaign development while teaching your team what they need to know along the way. You can have all of your major issues resolved between 30 and 90 days depending on the results of your assessment.
